1. The service and its responsible people
PRIMOS LANDZ is a web game with Outlander camp progression, LANDZ and Primo NFT features, resources, armies, battles, and optional blockchain interactions on Ronin. Features and actions depend on the current game rules, account state, and asset eligibility. Social sign-in and permanent Outlander camp accounts apply when those features are enabled.
The public people responsible for PRIMOS LANDZ are Primo Monsai and Primo Renso. Contact them through the official PRIMOS Discord. For a request involving personal data, ask to speak with them privately before sharing identifying details. Never share a private key, seed phrase, password, or sign-in token.
2. Your account and wallet
Use sign-in methods and wallets that you control. Protect your provider credentials, device, wallet approvals, and recovery information. Tell the responsible people if you suspect unauthorized access. We will never ask for a private key, seed phrase, or password through support.
When account linking is available, supported sign-in providers and a wallet may be linked to one game account. Linking must be completed through the app's verification process. Separate accounts are not automatically merged; signing into another unrelated account does not transfer a camp or its progress. Linking a wallet does not itself withdraw loot or authorize a resource transaction.
3. Outlander camp, LANDZ, and eligibility
When permanent Outlander camp and social sign-in are enabled, a social account can use its Outlander camp without a connected wallet. In that mode, the camp belongs to the game account and remains available when that player acquires LANDZ. Outlander camp and LANDZ operate independently; buying land keeps your existing camp, and their armies remain separate.
In permanent Outlander camp, extracting eligible loot requires a linked Ronin wallet and an eligible Primo that you own and that is available for the action. Connecting a wallet alone does not make loot withdrawable. The tutorial is required, and raids and other actions depend on current camp level and the game's eligibility checks. Practice, mission rewards, stolen loot, and LANDZ resource claims follow their separate displayed rules.
4. Fair play and game integrity
Do not exploit vulnerabilities, fabricate production or ownership evidence, bypass eligibility or rate limits, manipulate requests to obtain unauthorized resources, or use bots or multiple accounts to evade game rules. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive other players or compromise their accounts.
Report a suspected exploit through the official PRIMOS Discord. Records and rewards resulting from a proven exploit may be corrected or reversed after investigation. If you believe a correction is mistaken, contact the responsible people to request a review.
5. Game rules and changes
Actions follow the game's current rules for production, cooldowns, population, battles, losses, rewards, and resource use. The game checks eligibility and resolves outcomes. A displayed estimate is not a guarantee of a battle outcome or reward.
Rules, balance, and available features may change as the game develops. Material changes affecting purchases or existing rights need appropriate notice and treatment under applicable law. The game does not promise permanent availability or uninterrupted access; maintenance, service outages, and third-party failures can affect play.
6. Costs, resources, and transactions
Review the displayed cost, fees, and confirmation before an action. Many game costs consume off-chain resources held in game storage. An on-chain transaction is a separate action that may require a wallet approval and network fees. A wallet signature used to sign in or link an account is not itself a resource claim.
Network fees, failed transactions, wallet mistakes, smart-contract behavior, and asset price changes carry risks. Confirm the network, address, amount, and requested approval in your wallet. PRIMOS LANDZ cannot erase a confirmed blockchain transaction. If an action appears unfinished, use its recovery flow or contact support before repeating a payment.
Game resources, NFTs, and rewards have no guaranteed market value, return, profit, or future availability. Participation does not guarantee earnings. Purchase cancellation, refund, and remedy requests can be raised with the responsible people. Mandatory consumer rights remain preserved under applicable law.
7. External services and privacy
Social sign-in providers, wallets, blockchain networks, and linked services have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may be necessary for the feature you choose. The Privacy Notice describes account, gameplay, diagnostic, and browser-storage practices.
8. Support, complaints, and legal rights
For a failed action, account issue, or complaint, contact Primo Monsai or Primo Renso through the official PRIMOS Discord. Describe the issue and request a review; share sensitive account information privately only after reaching the responsible people. Relevant game and transaction records may be needed to investigate.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or remedies that apply to you. You may use the complaint and dispute procedures available to you under applicable law.
