Privacy Notice

Effective date:

1. Who this notice concerns

This notice describes information used by PRIMOS LANDZ to provide its web game, accounts, Outlander camp, LANDZ features, support, and security. It also describes information processed when you connect a wallet or choose a social sign-in provider, where available. Supported sign-in options depend on which features are enabled.

The public people responsible for PRIMOS LANDZ are Primo Monsai and Primo Renso. Contact them through the official PRIMOS Discord. For a request involving personal data, ask to speak with them privately before sharing identifying details. Never share a private key, seed phrase, password, or sign-in token.

2. Accounts and sign-in information

We use an internal account identifier, a wallet address when connected, and linked sign-in provider identifiers where available to recognize your account and keep its game progress. When Google or X sign-in is available and you choose it, the provider may supply profile information, such as a name, profile image, or email address, through the authentication service. The information supplied depends on the provider and your settings.

Google sign-in does not read your Gmail messages or contacts. X sign-in may display permissions to read profile information, email, and posts, and to maintain access after sign-in, as required by its login integration. PRIMOS LANDZ uses this integration to identify your account; it does not collect your posts, publish posts, or access direct messages.

Wallet sign-in and linking use your public address, a signed message, a temporary sign-in challenge, and timestamps to verify control of the wallet. PRIMOS LANDZ does not ask for your private key or seed phrase. Your wallet provider manages its own connection and approval process.

3. Game and transaction records

We store game state and activity needed to operate the game, including camps, LANDZ, troops, battles, resources, inventory, cooldowns, ownership checks, and transaction or claim records. Security and audit records may include wallet addresses, resource amounts, rejected actions, and evidence of suspected abuse or fraud.

Some information is public. For example, Explore can show LAND identifiers, owner wallet addresses, rarity, and biome. Blockchain addresses, ownership, and confirmed on-chain transactions are also public and may be inspected through independent services.

4. Usage measurement and error reports

We record game activity and product events to understand how features are used and to investigate problems. Some events are associated with a wallet. Certain feature journeys use a browser identifier that lasts for up to 30 days; this is the browser identifier's lifetime, not a promise to delete server records after 30 days.

We use Sentry for error and performance diagnostics, including technical context and recent app actions that help explain a problem. Some security errors include wallet addresses, resource names, or amounts. If you voluntarily submit a problem report, its contents may also be sent to Sentry. Session replay is not enabled.

5. Browser storage

The app uses local and session storage for sign-in sessions, wallet selection, cached NFT information, feature journey identifiers, and recovery of unfinished actions. Stored sign-in sessions may include credentials issued by your chosen sign-in provider. Treat access to your browser and device as access to your signed-in account.

Providers and external services may also use their own storage or cookies. Clearing browser data can sign you out or remove local recovery information; it does not erase server game records or blockchain history.

6. Services that process information

The game uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for the web app, Fly.io for realtime game services, Sentry for diagnostics, and Ronin connection services and wallets for blockchain interactions. Google or X participates when you choose its sign-in option. Reown/WalletConnect participates when you use a configured phone wallet connection. These services receive the information needed for their role.

External content, links, wallet applications, and sign-in providers are also subject to their own privacy notices. Providers may process information in countries different from yours.

7. Why information is used and how long it remains

Information is used to authenticate accounts, retain progress, carry out requested game actions, verify ownership and transactions, resolve support requests, measure feature use, and investigate abuse.

Signing out does not delete account, gameplay, transaction, or security history. Contact the responsible people to request information about your records or to ask for deletion. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by PRIMOS LANDZ.

8. Requests and choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where consent is used. These rights can have legal exceptions. You may also be able to complain to the relevant privacy authority.

There is currently no account-deletion control in the app. To make a privacy request, contact Primo Monsai or Primo Renso through the official PRIMOS Discord and ask to discuss personal data privately. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account before acting. Do not post personal data or authentication secrets publicly.
